Charles Wotruba, 70, was arrested on Friday and charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace
A 70-year-old man from Florida, Charles Wotruba, was arrested on Friday for allegedly pulling the plug on a bounce house filled with children.
Wotruba was charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace, but was released.
Police say Wotruba deflated the bounce house during a birthday party last month, and surveillance video captured him committing the act before disappearing across the street to his own house.
The heavy collapsing plastic sent two children to the hospital.

Wotruba may have believed that he was unplugging stereo equipment, rather than the bounce house, according to police

ShareDeborah Romero said kids were bouncing in the inflatable house during her daughter's birthday party on Sunday when it suddenly started to sink.
'We were very nervous about the kids because it was extremely hot, and they were trapped inside the bounce house,' she told WPEC.
'We couldn't really reach for all the kids, and we unfortunately had to pull one of the kids by his leg.'
Parents worked to rescue approximately a dozen children between ages two and three.
Two children had to be taken to the hospital, one for distress and the other to check for possible injuries.

Deborah Romero (pictured, with her daughter), who was hosting the party, said during the holidays, the family's cord to their Christmas lights outside was cut as well
A YouTube video was created calling Wotruba man a 'bad neighbor' and a 'piece of trash'.
Romero said that this is not the first time her family had suffered from an incident like this.
She said during the holidays, the family's cord to their Christmas lights outside was cut.
That led them to install the security cameras which caught the neighbor.
