Pamela Anderson, 56, has revealed how police reacted after a stalker broke into her house.
In 2001, obsessive fan Christine Evelyn Roth, 27, was charged with a misdemeanour trespassing charge of unauthorised entry of a dwelling after she was found sleeping in one of Pamela's beds at the star's Malibu home.
In a new interview, Pamela - who found fame wearing the iconic red Baywatch swimsuit- has recalled how the cops asked if she wanted her red bikini back after the stalker wore it in her bed.
The Baywatch star also revealed that the police told her she 'wasn't in much danger' because the trespasser was a woman.
Christine was subsequently ordered to return to her native France and seek counselling.

Say that again? The Baywatch star also revealed that the police told her she 'wasn't in much danger because the trespasser was a woman
The Baywatch star recalled how her mother was in hospital and she was preparing a room for her father to stay in, when someone broke the shocking news to her.
Pamela told The Sun: 'Pamela, there is someone sleeping in your bed'. I was thinking, 'Very Goldilocksy', like maybe it was my brother's wife or maybe someone sneaked in the back door.
'We went into the room and there was a woman wearing my red bathing suit and speaking French, blonde hair — and then she gave me a letter saying she wanted to touch me and she was there for that, and she had a lot of my clothes under the bed.'
The stalker's handwritten note read: 'I'm not a lesbian, but I dream of you.'
Pamela continued: 'She had been there for a while and then she cut her wrists with glass and it was this panicky moment. I grabbed the kids and went outside. '
The Hollywood actress - who shares sons Brandon, 26, and Dylan, 25, with ex-husband Tommy Lee - feared she was 'going crazy' when items kept going missing from her Malibu home back in 2001.
Pamela explained that after Christine -who 'had some issues' - was arrested and charged, she was deported back to France.
TV star Pamela then revealed: 'And then the police asked me if I wanted my bathing suit back and I said, ''No, it's OK, thank you very much though. Just give it to her!' '

No thanks! TV star Pamela then revealed: 'And then the police asked me if I wanted my bathing suit back and I said, ''No, it's OK, thank you very much though. Just give it to her!'
'The police said, 'Well, you really weren't in that much danger because she was a girl' I was like, 'How does that make it less dangerous? Women can still murder people'.
Back in 2015, Pamela relived the terror of finding obsessed fan Christine living in her guest house.
She said: 'She got my bathing suit out of my room, I was there alone with two babies and I remember seeing a face in a window - isn't it the scariest thing you can think of? You walk up to a dark window and you're like [shocked].
Following the scary incident, the star now keeps her last remaining iconic red swimsuit in a safe.
