Pamela Anderson has been on screens since the 90s and has gone through a lot of changes since. Recently, the star revealed the reason she’s been taking the natural route and stopped wearing makeup completely.
Months after releasing her memoir Love Palema, where the Hollywood star takes control of her own narrative for the first time, she’s once again opened up.
Pamela Anderson reveals why she quit wearing makeup
The Baywatch star has been spotted bare-faced during her recent appearances, as she abandoned her signature looks ever her makeup artist Alexis Vogel, sadly passed away from breast cancer in 2019.
“She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup,” the 56-year-old revealed in an interview with Elle.
However, Pamela described her new look has been “freeing, fun, and a little rebellious.” The star said it was just like her “to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone else is doing,” as everyone was doing big makeup looks.
“I think we all start looking a little funny when we get older. And I’m kind of laughing at myself when I look in the mirror. I go, ‘Wow, this is really…what’s happening to me?’ It’s a journey.
“I feel rooted for. I feel good. I’m in a good place,” she told the publication.
The Baywatch star shows off her bikini body
Although Pamela has changed her makeup looks, it seems like the star’s physique hasn’t changed since the day she was strutting through the beach on our TV screens, as she recently showed off her bikini body on Instagram.
Promoting her collection with Frankies Bikinis, Anderson posed on the beach as she showed off her toned bod’ in a white bikini, as fans rushed to compliment the 56-year-old in the comments.
“Looking gorgeous as ever,” penned one.
“You look sensational!” exclaimed one, while another asked: “What is your workout routine? You look amazing and I want to do whatever you are doing!!!!”
