On Monday (March 11) federal agents hauled boxes of evidence from FCI Dublin in California, enacting "court-authorised law enforcement activity".

The operation saw more than a dozen FBI agents seize computers, documents and other evidence from the prison that once housed high-profile inmates like Full House's Lori Loughlin and Desperate Housewives' Felicity Huffman.

Several women have come forward in lawsuits against at least 63 guards and staff at the prison. That figure is expected to surpass 100, attorneys said on Tuesday, as ex-inmates continue to claim they were forced to pose naked in their cells and have sex on video.

Deputy Regional Director N.T. McKinney is set to serve as the prison’s interim warden following the removal of former overseer Art Dulgov. He was removed on Monday after holding the role for three months.

Dulgov’s predecessor, Ray Garcia, is currently serving a 70-month prison term after he and the prison’s chaplain pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges against inmates from 2021.

A total of at least eight FCI Dublin staffers have also been charged with sexually abusing inmates, with seven found guilty. Five pleaded guilty, while Garcia and another staff member were convicted at trial. Dulgov’s case is still pending and remains uncharged at the time of writing.

Dulgov and his staff are accused of retaliating against a specific inmate, who alleged instances of “horrific abuse and exploitation” were occurring at the low security jail.

None of the prison’s high-profile inmates have thus far been named in any of the allegations levied.

Desperate Housewives star Huffman served 11 days of a two-week sentence after being one of 33 parents accused of conspiring to get their children into college. Full House’s Loughlin served two months for the same scheme in 2020.
